Greatly enjoyed our big rooms, plus the staff was affable. Booked a room with beautiful views of the mountain Grand Paradiso. Its location was nice, not far from the real Gran Paradiso glacier, the centre, and medieval looking castle in the middle of town.

Cogne is a lovely village, and the hotel is centrally located. The towns parking lot is nearby. The hotel and our room was clean and tidy and the receptionist was polite.
Let me begin with the biggest problem we think this hotel has: 1. There is a huge towering telecommunication pole just few meters from the hotel, facing the hotel, which includes huge transmission/reception dishes and cellular antennas. We arrived while it was raining and did not notice it as we rushed in, if we would have had noticed it from the beginning we would have had not accepted the room and not stayed at this hotel!! 2. The receptionist was polite but was eager to show us the room and leave the premises although we arrived in the afternoon. Once leaving there was no one at the hotel till the following morning (there were more guests at the hotel), she did tell us that we can reach her via phone. 3. The room was cold, the digital therometer in the room showed 17 degrees celcius at night as the heating was not active. 4. The water in the shower was warm at the most. The following day we spoke to the receptionists who did not sound surprised by it. 5. The water drain of the shower was partly clogged and after a minute or two of showering, one has to close the water, wait for the water to go down and then open the tap again. 6. The Tv has barely few channels, and the reception is not steady or stable. 7. The phone did not work, did not had an external line. * If possible, we will be glad to add photos of the huge telecommunication pole next to the building.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent and surpassed our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, the apartment was clean and spacious, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. The value for price was highly advantageous. The area itself is quite impressive for its natural and historical sites.

This adorable hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the village center, making it a perfect location for exploring the charming streets and attractions. With its medieval looking castle, it offers a unique and picturesque setting. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-equipped with a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay, and the option to use the sauna and jacuzzi in the basement adds an extra touch of relaxation.
There is no provided washing up liquid in the kitchen, which can be inconvenient for guests who are not renting the apartment as a self-catering option.

Well equipped studio. Clean. Well located.
Had no encounter with staff until I checked out. Had to let myself in. Heat not on although it was snowing outside.

Great apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, perfect for small families. The location can't be beat, right in the heart of town, making it easy to access everything. The availability of a sauna and jacuzzi in the basement, and free car parking behind the church were added bonuses.
While the bathroom was functional, it was a bit dated. the lack of provided basic cleaning supplies like washing up liquid was odd, and the lights turning off due to motion sensors were annoying.

The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. I also loved the fact that the apartment had a beautiful view of the town from the top floor.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me a backache every morning. The cleanliness of the apartment was also not up to par as we found some dirty dishes in the cupboards. Additionally, the TV had no channels in English and the staff's limited hours made it difficult to get assistance at times. while the location and kitchen were great, the uncomfortable bed and lack of cleanliness were major drawbacks to our stay.
